Associate Product Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing strategies, business and marketing plans/campaigns for the Atkins’ brand.  The Associate Product Marketing Manager supports planning, organization and development for product lines from conceptual stages through launch.  

Essential Duties

  • Manages timelines of all launch materials as well as development of new product presentations, collateral and sales kit materials
  • Manages the launch of new products and reforms from concept to execution at shelf across the cross functional team
  • Manages the product display process: analyzing effectiveness, creation of the yearly display program and creative
  • Manages all promotional product launches (Bonus Packs, On packs)
  • Marketing liaison for all sales requests:  Manage creative briefs and artwork direction for all sales requests across the portfolio
  • Responsible for the marketing budget:  manage all monthly budget updates and coupon redemptions for the entire portfolio
  • Responsible for day to day business and product analysis

Other Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Attend departmental/cross-functional meetings
  • Actively brings ideas, suggestions, and concerns to team for consideration
  • Participates in all other miscellaneous ANI and departmental tasks as required

Job Specifications

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategies  (4 P’s of marketing)
  • Knowledge of in-market product analysis
  • Knowledge of competitive product analysis
  • Knowledge of consumer promotion execution and analytics
  • Knowledge of building compelling selling messages
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge of project management principles; discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals

Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college in related fields.  Marketing or Business focus preferred. MBA desired

Experience: 2+ years experience brand marketing & advertising, sales support, product development, consumer messaging and positioning.
